Owned a Construction and Property Manager Company since 1987.  Completed several large-scale Construction Projects for Us Army, Us Navy, State of NJ, State of NY, NYC Departments of Sanitation, Parks and Recreation, DDC, Several NJ Municipalities, Ny & Nj School Construction authority, Port Authority of NY & Nj.  Experienced and accomplished General Contractor with 35 years of expertise in managing public construction projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality construction projects totaling over 100 Million. Strong knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and industry best practices. Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering excellence.
